Logo EWTEC 2019 13th European Wave and Tidal Energy Conference

The EWTEC 2019 Conference Organisers invite the global wave and tidal energy community to submit an one-page abstract to the EWTEC 2019 conference portal within the period from: Monday the 3rd of September 2018 to Wednesday the 31st of October 2018. The Organisers aim to notify authors of abstract acceptance as they are submitted within this period with the latest notification to be given by Tuesday 18th December 2018. Please note that full papers will be due by Feiday the 8th of February 2019.
The thematic tracks of EWTEC 2019 are given below:

  • Wave / tidal resource characterization.
  • Wave / tidal device development and testing.
  • Wave / tidal hydrodynamic modelling.
  • Grid integration, PTO & control.
  • Station keeping, moorings.
  • Structural mechanics – materials, fatigue, loadings.
  • Environmental impact and appraisal.
  • Operations, maintenance and decommissioning.
